NBC’s Celebrating Betty White celebration was a hit for the network. The special was seen by 4.1 million viewers. Despite the good numbers, Fox’s 9-1-1: Lone Star finished number one. What can we say, Rob Lowe pulls in the numbers.
The network got help from CBS airing all reruns and other networks airing 10’oclock news. Even with those factors, a win is a win. The list of stars that made an appearance to sing the praises of Betty White were Tina Fey, Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leaves, Jimmy Fallon, and Joel McHale…just to name a few.
