Taylor Swift’s sold-out tour is bringing billions in revenue to local economies.

According to a report from research firm QuestionPro, the ‘Eras Tour’ is expected to generate $4.6 billion in domestic consumer spending by the time Swift closes out the U.S. leg in Los Angeles this August. According to the report, fans have been spending an average of over $1,300 to attend the tour, including travel accommodations and clothing. Taylor’s first two Chicago concerts resulted in an all-time-high average of 44,383 booked hotel rooms each night, sending occupancy rates up to 96.8%.
