Nick Carter has announced, on the heels of closing the world tour with Backstreet Boys, that he is heading on a solo tour across the U.S. this fall.   Marking Carter’s first solo tour in seven years, the upcoming ‘Who I Am’ tour will have a 14-show run throughout October. Tickets go on general sale Friday, July 21.  “I was born in 1980 and there was a lot of music that influenced me throughout the years to be one of the members of the Backstreet Boys. So, I’m going to perform a lot of songs that I love,” he says of what fans can expect from the 14-show run.    The tour is designed to include Carter’s solo tracks and new songs, along with Backstreet Boys favorites.
