After being sentenced to 30 years in prison for rape, Danny Masterson’s wife, Bijou Phillips, filed for divorce. Bijou filed the divorce paperwork via her attorney on Monday. Bijou was by Danny’s side throughout his court case, from trial to re-trial to sentencing, and she even wrote a character letter to the judge on her husband’s behalf.
Danny was convicted on two counts of rape in May, but the jury was hung on the 3rd count. He was first charged back in 2020, with the 3 women saying the incidents went down between 2001 and 2003.
According to divorce papers, Bijou wants legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old daughter, spousal support, and the right to change her legal name back to Bijou Phillips.
