Maren Morris has filed for divorce from husband Ryan Hurd after five years of marriage, according to Page Six.
According to court documents, the singer, 33, filed for divorce from Ryan, 36, on Oct. 2.
She claims “irreconcilable differences” and requests that the court uphold the couple’s prenuptial agreement, including giving Morris separate property.
Maren is also requesting shared custody of their 3-year-old son, Hayes, as well as a permanent parenting plan.
