2023 has been Taylor Swift’s best era.

The pop sensation was named TIME’s Person of the Year on the TODAY Show (December 6.)

The 33-year-old has accomplished another milestone in a year that has been notable for her sold-out “Eras Tour,” the greatest concert movie ever, and her relationship with Travis Kelce.

Swift is the first solo Person of the Year in Time’s 96-year history.

“This is the proudest and happiest I’ve ever felt and the most creatively fulfilled and free I’ve ever been,” she told the magazine.

Swift was chosen from nine finalists, including Britain’s King Charles III, China President Xi Jinping, Hollywood actors and writers who went on strike, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell, Russian President Vladimir Putin, the prosecutors who charged former President Donald Trump, and the Barbie doll that inspired the summer hit movie.
