Are you someone who makes a decision and THAT’S THAT . . . or do you spend a lot of time agonizing over what you’re going to do, and then have FOMO over whatever you DIDN’T do?

A new survey has found that one in eight Americans are “overthinkers” . . . and the average person second-guesses 41% of their daily decisions.

And get this:  The survey found that the average person makes about 50 decisions in a day, which is roughly 1.5 MILLION choices made in a lifetime.

Still, 27% of people admit that they’re regularly stressed over “simple decisions.”  That’s stuff like anxiety at the supermarket over what to buy.

The average person spends FOUR MINUTES deliberating each item at the grocery store.
