Michael Bublé’s sister-in-law, Daniela Lopilato, was struck from behind by another vehicle, causing her vehicle to flip and land on its roof.
She was taken to the hospital immediately.
Firefighters had to free the mother-of-two who had suffered neck and spinal injuries in the accident in Martinez, a neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
The 43-year-old’s overturned car was seen in dramatic photos from the collision site in front of a house on a residential street.
When speaking to Argentinian journalists, Lopilato said she was glad “God gave her a second opportunity.”
