Ed Sheeran has bagged himself an unexpected role in the action-comedy movie, ‘Sumotherhood’.  Fans should brace themselves for a surprise when watching because Sheeran is set to be seen playing a homeless drug addict in the film.  The 32-year-old father-of-two will star opposite Denise van Outen, Jennifer Saunders, Jaime Winstone, Peter Serafinowicz and Kevin Bishop in the big screen adventure that was filmed in London last year.

In the past, Ed has caused upset in the acting world when he was crowbarred into an episode of ‘Game of Thrones’. He has also managed to land appearances on ‘Home and Away’, ‘The Simpsons’ and ‘Bridget Jones’s Baby’.

Sheeran will be taking his tour to Atlanta on May 27.
