Though the University of South Carolina’s Women’s Basketball team saw their undefeated run halted in their Final Four loss to Iowa, their past two seasons have been pure magic.
Looking for a well-earned and much-deserved promotion, Gamecocks forward and standout star Aliyah Boston has declared for the WNBA draft.
Even more than that, her performance was seen on an elevated stage with a surge in viewership for the women’s regular season and during the March Madness tournament.
On top of the 11% higher viewership during the regular season, viewers of the first two rounds of the women’s tournament saw a 28% increase over last year.
