Put this on your Pride radar: It’s the Charlotte Pride Festival & Parade. This weekend Charlotte’s largest street festival and parade returns to Uptown Charlotte.

The weather should be ideal for all to head to the festival Saturday & Sunday and for the parade at 1pm on Sunday. Head to the Charlotte Pride website here for details.

While Summer temps hover in the upper 90’s, Fall activities aren’t afraid to affront you. (We’re looking at you, Dunkin’ pumpkin spice release.) But also apple picking!

Axios Charlotte put together a list of destination apple orchards for you to travel to. (To be honest, Liz isn’t mad. She’s a big fan of pumpkins, apples and when it’s cool enough, flannels.)

Need a Sunday full of laughs? SNL alum, actor and stand up comedian Pete Davidson’s performing at The Fillmore. Tickets available here.

Before the weekend starts, the Panthers kick things off out of town in their second pre-season tune-up at the New York Giants.

ICYMI, you can look for glimpses of the Panthers last pre-season game on HBO’s Hard Knocks.

Lastly, there’s a California and wine-themed restaurant opening in South End Monday. Liz will keep you updated with more after the weekend. In the meantime, here’s their Insta for you to follow…

Have a great weekend!
