Oldest Zoo Panda In The World Celebrates 35th Birthday!! It’s a big celebration for An An, China’s giant zoo panda, who just turned 35, which is 105 years old in human years. HIs mate, Jia Jia, died in 2016 at the age of 38!
An An is now the oldest living panda in captivity and the longest-living male giant panda under human care in history. The zoo where An An lives had a big celebration that included a cake made by Häagen-Dazs with bamboo, sweet potato, carrot, pear and Fuji apple. This is ridiculously adorable.
