Buffalo-area cat rescue organization, Ten Lives Club, has received over $270,000 in donations after Taylor Swift and Bills fans rallied in support of Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass.
Bass received hateful threats after missing a game-tying field goal in a game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The donations will make a significant difference for the organization, which saves 3,000 homeless and abandoned cats each year.
Bass serves as an ambassador for Ten Lives Club and has been a fan of the organization since meeting their rescue kittens.
Bass has a connection to the Carolinas. He played high school football and graduated from Dutch Fork High School in Irmo, SC.
