Selena Gomez has opened up about coping with her bipolar diagnosis.  She said, “When I first got out, I didn’t know how I’d cope with my diagnosis. What if it happened again? What if the next time, I couldn’t come back? I needed to keep learning about it. I needed to take it day by day.” She shared this in the teaser for her new documentary.

In addition to this, Selena was forced to cancel her appearance on ‘The Tonight Show’ after testing positive for covid.

Just hours before she was scheduled to appear with Jimmy Fallon, Selena let her fans know she had to cancel with an Insta story.

Her project, Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me, comes out on Apple TV+ on November 4th.  What are ways you protect your mental health?
