The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that Katy Perry played her 50th show at Resorts World Las Vegas as part of her PLAY residency over the weekend.
Perry shared with the audience that the show was “about halfway through,” But according to the journal, there are only 20 dates left for the show in 2023, and we should expect an announcement that it will continue into 2024.
In celebration, Katy uploaded an Instagram story showing thousands of mushroom-shaped cupcakes spelling out “50.”
Last August, Katy told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, she may travel the world following her PLAY residency but said she will “always want to return back to do a show.”
