Meet Dani Kerr: The Statesville woman who both performed and stole hearts on “America’s Got Talent.”
The singer-songwriter received a standing ovation from the entire audience after singing an original song from her own catalog called “November.”
There was a hitch in her initial giddyup when Simon Cowell interruped moments into her first song. He said she appeared nervous and asked whether she’d prefer trying a different one.
To which, the crowd rained a storm of boos upon the curmudgeonly judge.
The crowd rose to their feet when she was done.
Commenter Jack on The Morning Mix with Matt Harris & Friends Facebook page says “I watched AGT just to see a north carolinian perform – everyone loved her.”
