The festival Charlotte SHOUT! returns this weekend for a 17-day celebration of art, music, food and ideas.
Running from Friday, March 31 to Sunday, April 16, the festival features over 80 local musicians and bands, outdoor events, the return of popular art installations like the giant light-up seesaws seen below, an Easter egg parade and more.
