Here’s to mimosas all day every day in Ballantyne!
A popular New Orleans-style brunch chain is expanding again in Charlotte as Ruby Sunshine opens in the Toringdon Market Shopping Center this Summer.
They expanded to Charlotte three years ago when their South End location opened.
The all-day brunch concept is open for breakfast and lunch only. The South End hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 2pm. Saturday and Sunday it’s open between 7:30am and 3pm.
Ruby Sunshine also will open a Columbia, South Carolina store this summer in addition to their two locations in Charleston.
Their original restaurant is the Ruby Slipper in New Orleans, Louisiana.
They have quite a footprint in the South with several spots sprinkled through Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee and one in Gainseville, Florida.
