Charlotte is an absolutely booming city if you consider how many spots open almost daily. So get your giant scissors because some ribbons need cutting (or perhaps christening!) on a few spots this week.

The highly-anticipated Sixty Vines pops up in South End. As I write this the doors are about to open on Monday, August 21st.

With 60 wines on tap and extensive food menu (plus an immaculate vibe) this place is sure to be a top spot for wine enthusiasts. You can even build your own charcuterie boards.

Staying in South End, a new brewery enters the fold. Charleston’s own Frothy Beard takes over the old Bhramari Brewing Co. space.

Frothy Beard is one of South Carolina’s most well-known and established breweries. It was the fifth brewery to open in Charleston and the tenth in the state of South Carolina.

It’s brewery opens for business on Tuesday, August 22nd and the full kitchen it offers will take another week.

Further down South Blvd, and opened it’s doors as of this past weekend, it’s a Colombian restaurant called Cali.

It’s open daily for authentic Colombian breakfust, lunch and dinner plus fruit juices and Liz’s personal favorite, Colombian coffee.

Which one are you most excited for and why is your answer all of them?
